Ultra high Strength Galvanized Steel Strands Zinc-Coated (Galvanized) Steel Core Wire
Steel strands can be divided into galvanized steel strands,prestressed concrete steel strands, and aluminum clad steel strands according to the different types and uses of the prepared steel wires,Ultra igh Strength Galvanized Steel Strands.
① Galvanized steel stranded wire: Galvanized steel stranded wire is mainly used for hangers, suspensions,communication cables,overhead power lines, as well as fixing objects and tying. a. According to the cross-sectional structure of galvanized steel strands, they can be divided into three types: 13, 17, 119, as shown in Figures 6-7-4; b. According to the different nominal tensile strength of galvanized steel strands, they can be divided into 5 levels: 1175, 1270, 1370, 1470, and 1570 (N/mm2). c. According to the different thickness of the zinc layer on the steel wire inside the galvanized steel strand, it can be divided into a (extra thick) level, B (thick) level, and C (thin) level.
